Catalina loves Questions!
The most commonly asked question this week: “Where do you get your stuff (collars, paddles, whips, or toys” It came in just ahead of “Where can I get a corset like that?” Well, my favorite place to buy things is the internet. I know, just down the road there is the good old Red Door Store, and trust me, I was just there today and Bravo! I love the place, but still, there is something about sitting down at the computer and really browsing at the catalog. You can look at things in depth that you would normally maybe only glance at in the store with other people watching. Yikes! If you’re going to spend that much on a corset, shouldn’t it be fully custom? I know a LOT of excellent corsetmakers who wouldn’t charge that much even for leather! I have a website to collect them: http://www.corsetworld.net/ if you want to send readers there for custom work.
I suppose that is true… and personally I would have it made custom. BUT, having said that, there are times when one doesn’t want to wait that long for a custom corset. Still, I agree with you. There are MANY very good custom corset websites out there.
