I haven’t even left for Spain and I already miss you (like a child misses her blankie). It’s funny how easy it is to resort to teenage angst, listening to sad music that provokes the tears that are on the brink of falling just for the cathartic release.

I am so sad that you aren’t joining me this time in Spain, but it makes no difference, how far I go, you will be with me wherever I go. Everything there is to see is something I want to share with you, my best friend and lover. It has always been difficult for us to be apart, for even a day (for even an hour). I already miss your touch.

Look at the stars, look how they shine for you. I am nothing without you. I am yours, entirely. You brought me out of the rain.

Last weekend with you was bliss. I am taking it with me to Spain and I will re-live it over and over again in my mind. Every nerve in my body remembers your lips and fingers and all I have to do to descend(ing) there again is close my eyes and concentrate. When I get back, we are up for some adventure.
