I have recently been considering putting my feet on the other side of the line and exploring my domme side. Being an intellectual at heart, I love to dive in and research topics that interest me. I began with Darenzia, because I have studied her as a business model, as well as a fetish model. Eros Zine: So you’re pro-domming now. What’s that like?
Darenzia: It’s been a lot of fun and it’s not really work for me. SM is something I enjoy quite a bit, and it’s fun doing fantasy role-play on a regular basis. My style of dominance is based upon mutual respect. I feel that both myself and the submissive should benefit from our encounter. I’ve seen way too many “man-haters” in this profession. The last person who should become a domme is a woman who hates men. I believe that BDSM is not one-sided, and dominance is not something that should be abused. There’s nothing more satisfying to me than a slave who has shown his devotion and has been able to realize his fantasy through the scene I have just orchestrated. Pro domination has become a satisfying way for me to express my more theatrical side.

I don’t know where it will lead, and I don’t know if it will manifest into something real or not, but the idea of having my own submissive is very enticing to me. I think that submissives probably make the best dommes, in the same way that I believe most women probably give the best oral to other women. Not that men can’t learn to give fantastic oral, but that women inherently knows what feels good to them. I think as a submissive myself, I know what a submissive wants to get out of a scene.

As I began to have a dialogue with a friend about being domme, she asked me, “Would you want to have a male or female submissive?” Very good question. I don’t know. I am more likely to say both than to choose between one or the other, but then that leads to a new problem - how are you going to maintain two submissives? Wow, this has suddenly grown very complicated. I’m glad I’m Spain right now, on the beach in the Costa del Sol, without a thought in the world except whether or not it’s time for more sunscreen.
