Catalina loves Granada

Today I am in Granada. I left Madrid this morning, after having been stood up, fucked on a drug deal, and ripped off on a phone bill… Madrid, you suck! I am never returning.

I stopped in Toledo on my way here and visited the sword factory, the Cathedral (only second to Seville´s) and the Synagogue. I managed to pick up some olive oil and wine on my way through… important to do when in La Mancha. I also ate at the place where Cervantes is supposed to have stayed while writing the Quixote (everybody claims that!)

Tonight I am in a really nice hotel in Granada, home of the beautiful Alhambra palace. Tomorrow, early before it gets hot, I ´ll go to the Alhambra and then on to the Costa del Sol, to Torremolinos. There I get to hang out at the beach and try to relax a little and shake off the bad start I´ve had to my trip. I´m excited especially for Gibraltar on Wednesday.

Postcards anyone???

  1. give me the names of those *BLEEP* and when I’m in Spain I will personally make them clear that you don’t mess with my beloved Catalina (and beloved by others, i know).
Enjoy the magical Alhambra, I’m sure you’re enchanting person will blend in perfectly.
and watch out for those monkeys on the rock of Gibraltar. I’m told they can be pretty mean.
Have a good relaxing time on the beach !!
    kisses,
    Rollo
