Catalina loves the Museu de l’ Erotica
Where else can you go, but Barcelona, to find a giant wooden cock in a museum? The European Erotica Museum is a bit expensive, something like 9 euros, but it is something you have to do if you ever get the chance. They had all kinds of interesting exhibits:
Several cases of phallic objects from across centuries and cultures. Apparently dildoes have been popular with people from all over the world since the beginning of time.
This cane is quite the piece of art. I shot the picture from the top down.
And there was even a case full of Barbie erotica, and I had to take this picture in honor of my dear friend, Rollo. I thought of him as soon as I saw it!
There was this strange dildo chair that reminded me of the proto-fucking machines that have become wildly popular, so much so that people are making them with blender motors in their kitchens. Ok, I’ll stick with my good old Magic Wand.
What would a museum be without some creepy replica of a dungeon?

So that, in a nutshell, is the Museum of Erotica in Barcelona. There were paintings, relics and carvings of people fucking, sketches, and all sorts of other things. Really though, it’s just the novelty of having gone to the Museu de l’ Erotica, which is right along the Ramblas (a major pedestrian, tourist street).
And a parting thought: My new friend, Scout, a really cute lesbian who was in Barcelona and went to the museum with me, pointed out as we peeked into the vintage (motion picture) porn room, “…all those men had bulges in their pants!” (I had a great time, Scout!)
