This week for New Toy Tuesday I am reviewing the Japanese G-Spot Squirmy vibrator. My first impressions of the vibrator were written in a previous post:

The Japanese G-Spot Squirmy is the most intimidating of all of the toys, even though it’s maybe the most old-school of them. It reminds me of my Mom’s vibrator - a pink vibrator with a little rabbit - but Mom’s vibrator didn’t have this fantastic G-spot stimulation. There are separate controls for speed and rotation, which I’m sure Marky will enjoy testing out on me. One added benefit that I saw right away from the box is that it’s waterproof. So maybe we’ll take it in the shower and try something different.

Well, I gave it a try. We did take it in the shower. I tried it out a few times, both alone and with Mr. Kink. He used it on me, I used it on me… but for all of my efforts, I just didn’t really like it that much. In theory it’s awesome! The head swivels counterclockwise and clockwise while the little clitoral vibe buzzes at a variety of speeds, and you would think that it would get me off, but it didn’t even begin to.

I tried adjusting it so that the little clitoral vibe was more directly over my clit, but no luck. I turned off the vibe and focused on the g-spot sensation, but no luck. Try as I may, I just couldn’t succeed with this toy.

Here’s the thing. I have a feeling that rabbit vibrators are very effective for some women. I think that it can be hit or miss with rabbit vibrators because they really have to sit just right in two places. That can be tough. I felt like I could never really get the vibe in the right place. As Maxwell Smart says, “Missed it by that much” .

Have no fear! I have suggestions for you. If you are looking for a new vibrator, instead of this one, you should try my new favorite: The G-Twist. When the Japanese G-Spot Squirmy failed me, I whipped out my trusty G-Twist and finished myself off.
