YAY!  I told you I have very cool friends — in real life even!  My friend, Eric, has just released his debut album (that’s Eric in the Puma shirt).  He and Dave (the other guy) are the production duo behind Your Dirty Habit.

Take a listen, download it, buy it!  I have heard it and it’s great!!  I have the Your Dirty Habit Live Summer Mix from last summer and I love to listen to it when I run.  You like music - you’ll like Your Dirty Habit.  Soon it won’t just be my dirty habit, but yours, too!

You can find some samples to listen to on the KissAtlanta blog and also on Penned Madness.  As soon as I heard it, it was like a drug to my aural vein - I’m officially addicted - they are My Dirty Habit (but shhhhh, don’t tell anyone - I don’t want to go to rehab).  Oh, and if you’re into running like me, it’s the best music to work out to.  It works for everything, except yoga.
